Please pull the metal hook up Before fitted .It should move freely and when let off should go down freely.

Once you see the mechanism works when metal hook pulled up , Fitting this need fine adjustment connecting it to the lever arm.

Please Note. once this mechanism worked then hook is pulled up before fitted. If it doesn’t flush or its hard flush when fitted its the fitting problem

This is a very simple mechanism product and reliable. Trick is fitting and adjusting the lever arm which so easy for experienced plumber.

Plastic Arm lever attached to Toilet Flush Handle must be adjusted when connected to the Syphon’s metal hook in order to Flush properly
Please make sure you adjust the WC lever plastic lif arm and cennect it to the FLush. If you can’t flush it easy that means you have not adjusted the lift arm and arm not pulling the syphon up to release the water
